Offline DAO is a DAO corporation and consists of articles of incorporation, operation contract, and smart contract. Smart contracts bound to the articles of incorporation and operation contracts refer to smart contracts of online DAOs.
Offline DAOs are divided into sEL holders, executives, and representatives. However, executive officers and representatives are obligated to obey the decisions of the online DAO.
