Online DAO

Online DAOs are made up of general voters.

General Voter

1. Qualification

   Voting rights equal to the amount of staked EL (sEL)

2. Role

   • Vote in favor of issuing new RWA tokens

   • Proposal/pros and cons for creating a new RWA token

   • RWA Token Policy Decision Proposal / Vote Proposal

   • RWA token screening labor cost rate decision voting

   • Audit and error confirmation voting for data of approved RWA tokens

   • The required quorum and required approval rate is different for each agenda item.

3. Reward

   Examination labor costWith the expiration of RWA tokens normally, 50% of the examination fee is distributed to the EL token holders who participated in the examination. Depending on the governance activities of the online DAO, the examination fee for distributing to specific voting participants may be stored as stablecoins.
