Realization plan
ELYSIA DAO believes that RWA tokenization technology will solve the asset securitization problem of the existing financial market, and aims to pioneer new financial markets through this technology. To achieve this, Elysia has established a five-step implementation plan which is being done accordingly.
Building RWA Token Technology
The key tasks at this stage are the proposal of a standard for the RWA token, the development of the RWA tokenization protocol, and the design of the token economy. ELYSIA DAO has already created a tokenization standard for real estate-related assets and has also developed a protocol and token economy to tokenize these assets based on the standard. Currently, these technologies are being tested and developed through various cases.
Decentralized Platform
ELYSIA DAO has developed an RWA tokenization Dapp so that real assets can be uploaded to the blockchain. Various real estate-related assets were issued as RWA tokens in the Dapp. And by developing a real asset-based DeFi called ELYFI, we made it possible to use the RWA tokens created in the RWA tokenization Dapp.
Convergence with other decentralized platforms
The next step is to expand the use of Elysia RWA tokens to other DeFi or Dex. We will link ELYSIA RWA tokens with DeFi such as Aave and MakerDAO and Dex such as Uniswap and Curve, thereby expanding the position of RWA tokens in the cryptocurrency asset financial market.
RWA Token Scope Expansion
We will expand the countries and the types of assets that can be tokenized. Currently, we only deal with real estate-based assets in Korea and the US. By expanding target countries from specific countries to the world, we will make it possible to issue and use Elysia RWA tokens in the world.
Mainnet construction
Finally, we will build our mainnet for the tokenization of real assets. Currently, we are using a network such as the Ethereum network or BSC. However, these networks have several limitations because they were not created considering “real asset tokenization”. Typical examples are privacy issues and Oracle issues. We will create our own mainnet for the tokenization of real assets and complete the Elysia protocol that can fully utilize RWA tokens.
When the realization of these five steps plans is completed, the ELYSIA Protocol will eventually work with the structure above. With ELYSIA DAO enhancement, we have already achieved steps 1 and 2, and we will quickly complete the next steps based on the accumulated technology and experiences.
